Daria has worked in diverse roles, including executive recruiting specialist, HR generalist, and freelance consultant. She was responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and policy implementation. As a consultant, she has implemented many projects that have helped companies grow and develop.

Daria's impressive career journey led her to her most recent role as the Head of the HR department at Mad Devs. Here, she successfully implements agile HR practices, streamlines processes, and fosters a transparent and trustworthy work environment.

Throughout her career, Daria has demonstrated expertise in process building, particularly in organizations aligned with the Agile methodology. She has a keen understanding of both local and CIS markets, enabling her to navigate the intricacies of different industries and adapt HR strategies to meet organizational needs.
