Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions
Conduct code reviews
Sustain high-quality code base
Collect requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Evaluate task complexity and timelines
Strictly follow the implementation and delivery deadlines

Our expectations:

3+ years of Backend Development
2+ years of Project Management/Account Management
Hard Skills: Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, GAP Analysis, CJM, Postman, SQL, Apache Kafka, Redis
Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level
Location: any, except Russia and Belarus
Ability to independently gather and define requirements
Ability to keep cold head and focus under the deadline pressure
Strong stakeholder management and scope control
Clear communication, prioritization, and daily execution control
"Get things done" mindset - full responsibility for timely delivery
