We received a review on Glassdoor four years ago that mentioned a toxic and sexist environment at Mad Devs. The author wrote that in their experience managers were disrespectul and that the overal culture within the company was negative. They felt that they were forced to work overtime on a regular basis for a salary that was below market average.

We take the issues mentioned in this review seriously. While it may not reflect all experiences, we’re committed to a positive work environment for every employee.
