Team Lead
We are looking for Team Lead to our major project
☑️ Responsibilities:
- Work on ongoing code and product development using Python
- Write new modules and take an active role in architecture and technical debt management
- Implement and follow Agile development processes in the team
- Evaluate the performance of current employees and participate in the recruitment process for new team members
☑️ Requirements:
- Experience with Python at least 5 years
- Understanding of how UMA works
- Ability to develop and motivate a team, including interviewing and assessing candidates
- Experience working on a product that is successfully sold
- Software architecture and technical debt management skills
☑️ It will be a plus:
- Experience working with teams of junior developers
- Knowledge of methods for assessing and improving team performance
- Experience in developing modular code and implementing CI/CD processes
