We are looking for a Research-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to conduct extensive in-depth research on potential leads, events, and market trends to generate hypotheses for our sales efforts. This individual will play a key role in identifying opportunities, prioritizing outreach, and ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality leads and insights for the sales team.
The work will provide the foundation for a structured and proactive approach to sales, allowing the team to focus on high-value engagements and business growth.
This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive, in-depth research on potential leads, industry events, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Analyze research findings to propose sound hypotheses and lead opportunities for sales team outreach
- Utilize AI agents, OSINT tools, and various automation to enhance research efficiency
- Provide structured reports and regular updates to sustain research effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop/enhance lead conversion strategies
Our expectations:
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Strong motivation to work hard and smart “behind the scenes”
- Experience with LLMs (GPT), OSINT tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Python (for basic automation) will be an advantage
- Ability to work in deep focus, process large volumes of information, and generate actionable insights
- High Interest in structured research rather than direct sales
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, the IT market, and how software development companies work will be welcome
- English language skills at B2 level or higher(able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English)
