Senior Project Manager

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager for one of our international Tech projects!

In Mad Devs, we follow Agile methodology and work on sprints. Formulate and build processes in the project, and monitor their compliance, particularly on the client side, within the project. 

• Work with the engineering teams and product managers
• Build processes and monitor adherence to them
• Finalize business requirements of engineering team tasks
• Help the engineering teams plan sprints and releases
• Coordinate team communication
• Generate project documentation and maintain reporting

• Experience in managing international Tech projects 5+ years
• Experience in managing remote teams
• Experience in project launch in production, high volume project support
• Knowledge of project development methodology (Agile/scrum)
• C1 level or higher in English (speaking and writing)
• Experience in conducting retrospectives and other team meeting with fixing meeting notes
• Responsible approach to tasks, ability to prioritize and plan sprints
• Strong working knowledge of project documentation
• Experience in report writing
• Good knowledge of the Atlassian suite and/or Click-Up

• Tech background (former Software Engineer or QA Engineer)
