Project manager in marketing department

Mad Devs is an international company providing software development services. Our clients are companies of different sizes and specializations: from finance and logistics to security, education and other fields.

Our marketing department works to publicize and market the services provided by the company, promote these services and increase the number of leads coming through the marketing funnel. In addition, the marketing department works to increase Mad Devs brand awareness and maintain a positive reputation for the company.

The main focus is on content marketing and everything related to it. We work on the company website and promotional materials, write articles, participate in conferences and streams, host podcasts and more.

We expect the candidate for this role to strengthen the team, increase its efficiency, and reduce the operational workload of the head of marketing.

• Work with and decompose project objectives, plan scopes of work and project activities
• Organize workflow and coordinate the team
• Monitor process adherence, help improve processes and implement new ones
• Plan and coordinate teamwork through tasks in JIRA
• Help the team resolve their blockers and escalate issues
• Organize and facilitate team events - retrospectives, demo sessions and so on
• Work on implementing and testing marketing hypotheses
• Lead the process of preparing and publishing a monthly news digest
• Gather and process information for various presentations and reports
• Assist in organizing and preparing visits of our specialists to various conferences
