What will need to do:
- Ensure all company premises are properly maintained and kept in good condition
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement of snacks, water, stationery, and other necessary supplies
- Organize corporate events and internal activities
- Coordinate employee business trips (travel arrangements, bookings, documentation support)
- Liaise with third-party service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities, etc.) and manage related contracts
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:
