At HR department, we strive to build clear and understandable processes and automate them. Our goal is to maintain and expand a strong and effective team where people are willing to work for years to come. We build a strategy, develop tactics and work for results. We constantly develop ourselves: we learn and experiment. We speak at events and organize our own (for example, HR Meetup in Bishkek).

If you have experience of working in growing IT-companies (and we have big plans), experience of process reorganization and strategic development of new areas of the department, as well as experience of working in uncertainty, then our team is waiting for you!

☑️ What will need to do:

- Interact, negotiate and seek compromise with the company's key persons, heads of departments and divisions
- Define the strategy, tactics and priorities of the HR department for a period from 3 months to 1 and 3 years
- Preserve and develop the corporate culture
- Retain and develop the current HR department team (currently 7 people)
- Ensure transparency of the department's work
- Create, implement and maintain internal communications at all levels
- Strategically align and develop key HR functions, define new areas of work, launch processes
- Develop and strengthen the HR brand
- Build a comprehensive employee training system
- Maintain, audit and improve the processes already set up

☑️ Our expectations:

- Experience of working in IT companies with 300 or more people or in growing companies with 150 or more
- Understanding of business specifics: custom development
- Experience in strategic transformation of a company (structure, processes, team)
- Managing an HR department of 5 people or more
- Experience in building and managing key HR functions for 3 years
- Experience in transforming HR department depending on business needs
- Benevolent and careful attitude to people
- Ability to delegate and no desire to micromanage
- Reliability, ability to take responsibility
- Ability to work with uncertainty, to think from the situation, not by templates
- Ability to detect, recognize and correct serious mistakes in a timely manner and move forward
- Proactivity, drive
- Experience of working remotely and with a distributed team
- English from B2 level
- Willingness to business trips

☑️ It will be a plus:

- Education / advanced training in psychology or HR management
- Project-based approach to the HR function
- IT recruiting experience
